PRODUCER STORY

Alex comes from a strong farming lineage, where his grandparents were growing selected grapes for Champagne and even created their own brand. He truly believes that there is no better feeling of satisfaction than tending to the land meticulously all through the year and seeing the rewards for your labor by harvesting the fruits and in his case converting into very select olive oil.

Alex believes in holistic wellness and wanted more out of life than material well-being. He wanted to see his children grow up in contact with nature, live in the fields and understand what it means to eat natural things. All of this led him to get to the heart of the age-old tradition of making olive oil in small batches without blending. .........Florence! He is now leading the revival of this craft as well as introducting other artisanal olive oil blends and working on new creations.
